New Sprint Car for the 2007 Season


John Lachat, CEO of Riten Industries, proudly stands between two of the Riten Motor Sports team cars.The cars were on hand to help celebrate the open house at Updike Supply’s new location in Vandalia Ohio.
The number two car is a winged 600 cc mini sprint driven by Jeff Barnhart of Hillsboro Ohio.Jeff races at dirt tracks nationwide and is considered one of the best drivers in his class nationally.
The number thirteen sprint car is a dwarf 900 cc that races at local tracks in the Ohio Valley region.The thirteen car is driven by Ricky Taylor of Washington Court House Ohio.A frequent winner, Ricky placed second in the points in the 2006 season and is already first in points for the 2007 season.

Travis Horton, Riten V.P. of Sales, preps his shifter kart as he gets ready for a World Karting Association national road racing series at Mid Ohio Raceway in Lexington, Ohio. He and Jim Stroker, Riten Region Sales Manager, both competed during this two day event finishing in the top ten in a field of forty karts. Riten Industries supplies tooling for several racing teams associated with Nascar, the Indy Racing League and the Kart Series.
