tailstock repair
Riten Industries, Inc. repairs and remanufactures tailstocks for both lathes and grinders. This service includes disassembly and detailed inspection prior to customer notification of cost and delivery. The repair includes the replacement and/or refurbishing of all worn parts (including the in-house fabrication of obsolete or unavailable components).
In addition to repair services, Riten Industries, Inc. designs and manufactures tailstock conversions and upgrades. We can convert your dead tailstock to a live tailstock and/or convert your live tailstock to a dead tailstock. Where space permits we will upgrade your tailstock to a larger taper and/or a different taper. If necessary we can fabricate a complete tailstock to fit your requirements.

This tailstock quill features interchangeable noses. The tailstock was converted from a dead tailstock to a live tailstock at the customer’s request. The interchangeable noses are available in both 60 degree, 70 degree and 90 degree angles to accommodate a wide range of parts.
