Warranty Policy and Shipping Information

Warranty Returns

Riten warrants that its products shall be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year, provided the product has been subjected to normal use and correctly installed and maintained. If you are not satisfied with with the performance of a Riten product call 800-338-0027 and ask to speak to technical support. In the unlikely event that you need to return a product you will be issued a Return Material Authorization number and faxed an RMA. Return the product with the RMA form enclosed to the factory. Failure to include the RMA may delay your claim.

Product Returns

If a Riten standard product is ordered in error, it may be returned without a restocking charge if an offsetting replacement order is issued. Otherwise, the restocking charge will be 25% on unused, returned product. Additional charges may be incurred depending on the condition of the product as received. Please contact the customer service department at 800-338-0027 a “RETURN MATERIAL AUTHORIZATION” number. Returns will not be accepted without this RMA number.

Shipping Instructions

Ship your live center, dead center or face driver direct to the factory. Please remember to include your RMA and contact information so that we may contact you with any questions concerning the condition of your tool. A technical support specialist will contact you once we have evaluated the return. Be sure to package your product securely as steel tools are very heavy for their size and may come out of the box during shipment unless properly packed.
